Tour Reservations and Cancellation Policies
Are reservations required?
No, but since Segway Tour dates and times can quickly book-up, we highly recommend calling us at 949-334-3535 at least 3 days in advance to reserve your SEGWAY Tour. Please leave us a message if a Reservation Specialist is unavailable.
Is a deposit required to reserve a tour?
Yes. To reserve a tour date and time, a valid credit card is required and is
billed the full amount at the time of the reservation.
Am I charged for the tour if it's rained out?
No. Tours impacted by heavy rains, winds, or other acts of nature may be cancelled by SoCal Segway Rides up to 2-hours prior to the tour start time, and a full refund will be issued.
What is your Segway Tour Cancellation Policy?
Tour guests may cancel and re-schedule their tours at any time up to 2-hours prior to their tour start time. Tours cancelled by our customers may be re-scheduled for up to 1-year from the original booking date. Alternately, customers may request a transferable gift certificate be issued. Please note that no refunds are issued for tour cancellations. If an attendant is unavailable to answer the phone, please leave us a voicemail message and you will receive a call back to confirm the re-scheduling.
What if I'm running late for a tour?
We recommend tour guests be courteous by arriving at the scheduled time of their tour. Please allow at least 15 minutes prior to your tour start time to locate our facility and to find parking just in case our guest parking lot is full. If you are running late, please notify us at 949-334-3535. If an attendant is unavailable, please leave us a voicemail message. Generally, guests arriving later than 10 minutes past the tour start time will be re-assigned to the next available tour time, contingent upon space, or re-scheduled for another date and time.
Do Tour Ride Coaches accept Tips or Gratuities?
YES! Your Tour Ride Coach is paid via gratuities received. The recommended gratuity is 15% to 20% per rider. Our Tour Ride Coaches are professionals who work hard to provide you a safe and memorable experience.
