From the 5 & 405 Freeways:
  1.  Take the 55 Freeway South
  2.  55 Freeway becomes Newport Boulevard
  3.  Turn Left at 22nd Street 
        - You will see the Crab Cooker on your left
           (It's a red building that's difficult to miss)
  4.  We are located directly ahead in the
         "Newport Fun Tours" building.
  5. Proceed to left and park in the large parking lot
         in any spot marked “Newport Fun Tours”

From Pacific Coast Highway (PCH):
  1.  Turn onto Newport Boulevard (South)
  2.  Turn Left at 22nd Street 
         - You will see the Crab Cooker on your left
